Little Ridge Gin leans quite heavily on the juniper with a nice citrus finish. Mixed with our own dry tonic, lime, and a touch of salt completes the classic mix.

Freshly harvested Mulberries blended with Grapefruit, Yuzu tea, and berry milk. Tonic water made from lemon skins bittered with chamomile, gentian and quinine. Juicy and lightly acidic, very Crimson.
