Mel’s personal Cream Soda recipe. Berry foward and using cane sugar. Half the sweetness built to suit the tastes of the lovely clientele at Which Craft Beer.

Seeker Brewing – Ripples Hazy Mid 3.5%

Ripples is akin to walking past an unfamiliar front yard, getting absolutely blasted by barking (that sounds like it’s coming from some monster canine), only to find it’s a little chihuahua.

It might be small but this beer has the big dog energy from DDH editions of Cryo Pop and Vic Secret over a sweet, full body.

Seven Mile – Kiwifruit and Feijoa Sour 4.5%

A tangy tropical blend of kiwifruit and feijoa in a sour beer. Kiwifruit brings its signature tartness to this brew which is balanced by the exotic sweetness of feijoa — a fruit bursting with notes of pineapple, guava and strawberry, with a delicate floral finish.

Together they make for a refreshing, fruit-forward sour that’s as unique as it is easy to drink.

Hop Nation – Melbourne Fog Hazy Pale Ale 4.8%

You need an easy drinker to put water on the week? Here comes Hop Nation Brewing Co. and their Melbourne Fog Hazy Pale. This quencher brings the haze alongside an approachable drinkability and a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Loral and Mosaic for full flavour.

Easy drinking pale ale for a guy named Albo.

Soapbox – Watermelon & Mint Sour 3.5%

Watermelon & mint in an easy drinking sour.

Wayward – Peaches & Cream Sour 5.2%

This velvety, fruity kettle sour is loaded with Australian-grown peaches and backed by creamy Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. A delicate balance of sweet and sour, this indulgent drop is the ice cream sundae of beer. Go on and treat yourself.

Powder Monkey – Brewers Dessert Choc Orange Dark Lager 4.6%

Dark lager with hints of Chocolate and a dash of Orange. Jaffa vibes for sure!!

Margaret River – Pale Ale

Citrus, pine and stone fruit feature front and centre in this American Pale Ale by Margaret River Beer Co. where hop bitterness from additions of Columbus, Centenial, Simco, and Amarillo accentuate a medium body and plenty of malt character resulting in a full-flavoured ale.

Seeker – Cerveza Lager 4%

Sunny Day!! 🌞 this is peak times for a @seekerbrew take on a classic Cerveza Lager. This is the second collaboration with local legends DP surfboards. The plan – to brew a beer that goes together sunny days like fish and chips or bread and butter. A classic take on the Mexican lager that will have your summer days at the beach or backyard sorted. Or at you favourite beer bar 😁

Seeker – High Country Wet Hop Hazy Pale 5.4%

A first for @seekerbrew using fresh Galaxy hops from @hopproductsaustralia straight from a fun week touring the farms and processing facility. Built on the same base as Sapphire Coast, a lighter abv, wheat-heavy hazy so the hops can shine with just enough body to carry the 60kg of galaxy that went into the brew. Light, hoppy, easy drinking.

Keeper Brewery – Pilsner

Here’s a delicious Pilsner made by @keeperbrewing based in Brunswick St, Melbourne, its the only beer they make. Brewed slow and traditional over 12 weeks using Australian malt, with the finest imported saaz available and a touch of NZ hops for freshness.

The only beer Keeper brews. It’s fantastic!!

One Drop – Vamos Pulp Smoothie Sour 7.1%

Vamos is a pulp sour brewed to charge, with mango, guava and lychee colliding in thick, pulpy waves that feel full and lush through the middle, before a sharp lift of lemon cuts through and keeps everything fresh, bright, and moving.

It’s bold and fruit-forward with a weighty body that carries that signature OD texture, where nothing is held back and everything is pushed just that little bit further.

Head down, horns forward, no hesitation, no circling, just a straight-line commitment that builds momentum with every sip.

Kaiju – Metamorphosis IPA 6.7%

For a beer named Metamorphosis this beer is unchanged greatness. Brewed by monster tamers, and brewers @kaijubeer this classic IPA Has a hop-forward profile made with Columbus (US), Strata (US), Mosaic (US), Nelson Sauvin (NZ), Citra (US). Breathing with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and resin, balanced by a clean malt base and refreshing hop bitterness.

Garage Project ‐ Canned Laughter IPA

Garage Project have cracked a can of Anchovies!!
Canned Laughter, a West Coast bright IPA, brewed with an extra helping of infamous Anchovy hops from Segal-Ranch in Yakima Washington. The Anchovy Hops have been paired with a touch of Chinook and Mosaic. Nothing fishy, just pink grapefruit bitterness, juicy watermelon, strawberry, blueberry and yellow boiled lolly notes. It’s different, but only dead fish go with the flow.

Slow Lane – Draconis Dragonfruit Sour 5.5%

Slow Lane Brewing have made a beer that goes down pretty fast Draconis is a fruited sour ale infused with vivid dragonfruit, delivering a striking magenta hue and a refreshing balance of tartness and subtle tropical sweetness. The fruit’s delicate character layers over a soft, lightly acidic base, creating a beer that’s as captivating to look at as it is to drink. A blend of long-aged mixed culture beers, Draconis combines Slow Lane’s traditional fermentation approach with an exotic fruit twist. Funky yet clean!!

Range Brewing – All On Red IPA 7%

All On Red is a brand new Red IPA by Range Brewing. They’ve combined a super interesting hop combo of Idaho-7, Galaxy and Citra. It pours a crystal clear mid-amber colour with a gorgeous off-white foam atop. On the nose a beautiful blend of malt and hops are coming through. Light toffee and caramel entwined with orange citrus hop notes and light pine. On the palate we really love the way Galaxy and Idaho-7 are working together. Loads of marmalade toast, orange citrus, light apricot and peach stonefruit and just the right amount of pine. The body is ultra clean, with a medium bitterness and a nice dry finish. The perfect early winter red

Ballast Point – Pineapple Sculpin IPA 7%

Get ready for a tropical hop hit from beyond the stars! May the hops be with you! First brewed in 2013 to mark our 1000th brew, the Millennium Falcon is made with pale malt and an interstellar hopping rate to produce an “Emperial” IPA that is simply out of this world.

Something you don’t see everyday in Australia anymore, a Ballast Point Brewing Co. Pineapple Sculpin IPA. A beer that came from one of many small-batch cask experiments to enhance the flavor of their signature IPA. With so many tropical hop notes in Sculpin, how could they not try adding some sweet, juicy pineapple? The combination of fruity flavors and hop intensity definitely packs a punch. Resinous hops and caramel pineapple. Yes thats a great combo!!

Release the Terpenes is a Hazy IPA that uses botanical-derived terpenes and hop oils to deliver explosive, dank, and tropical aroma notes, including pineapple and lime zest. Just a solid Hazy, that aroma is amazing.

Sealegs – Old Mill Brown Ale 5%

@sealegsbrewingco brings that cozy feeling with a delicious malt-forward Brown Ale layered with toasted biscuits and gentle caramel sweetness. Deep brown with a soft, velvety body. This Brown Ale is balanced by subtle orange marmalade hops and mild bitterness. Rich yet supremely easy-drinking, it finishes clean, satisfying, and is dangerously moreish.

Margaret River – In A Jam Oatcream IPA 6.5%

Imagine a unbelievably delicious Oatcream IPA with lashings of smooth Strawberry thrown to the mix. Well Margaret River Beer Co. has done just that!! A juicy body and pronounced notes of strawberry jam, tropical fruit, and citrus you have to drink it to believe it. This is fruited hazys done right!!

Sealegs Brewing – Irish Nitro Stout

A complex and rich stout featuring oats, roasted malt, coffee aroma and flavour with a creamy lactose touch. Our Nitro Stout is beautifully balanced, surprisingly smooth and drinkable year round. For those who like their milk with cream in it and their coffee strong.

Mountain Culture – Window Shopping Oatcream Hazy IPA 6.6%

Mountain Culture Beer Co have gone extra heavy on the oats and lactose for a mouthfeel as soft as the cool Katoomba mist. In the whirlpool, Luminosa and Sabro bring sun-drenched peach and creamy tropical vibes. Then, because we have zero self-control, they doubled-down with a dry hop of freshly delivered Mosaic, Amarillo and a little more Sabro for good measure.

Expect a saturated haze of white peach nectar, shredded coconut and punchy orange zest. It’s thick, it’s smooth and it’s a hell of a lot more satisfying than just looking through the window. Stop staring, start sipping.

Luck’s on your side – BentFolk is BACK! Like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, this rich, full-bodied brew is packed with coffee and flavours, balanced with just the right amount of hop bitterness.

Reckless Brewing – Choccy Milk Stout 5.5%

Well the hopefully the cold weather is here!! What better time for a @recklessbrewingco for a sneaky Chocolate Stout. Packed with roasted malt, proper chocolate vibes and just enough bitterness to keep it honest. Full-bodied without being heavy, it’s the kind of beer you sip slowly. Pouring dark as a moonless night, and drinking just as easy with rich flavours and an easy finish, it’s the sort of beer you reach for when you’re not in a rush.

One Drop – Toasted Marshmallow & Salted Caramel Pecan Mudcake Imperial Pastry Stout 10.9%

Think Thicc!! Think Decadent. Think big salted caramel, rich belgian dark chocolate cake, nights-by-the-campfire vibes. One Drop Brewing Co. brewers have thrown the frosting covered book at this decadent number – milk sugar, toasted marshmallows, golden syrup, cocoa nibs, vanilla, cake mix, and all combine in their baked-goods glory to give you the ultimate pastry experience, along with a hit of maple salt to provide a rounding salinity we’ve come to love here at One Drop and a kiss of smoked malts.

Conditioned in keg and their cellar for months on end for them creamy, roasty, dark chocolatey, and oh-so-caramelly vibes by the crackling fire light.
