The front of the can might say mid-strength but the liquid inside is anything but mid. We’ve used a mythical amount of hops to create a flavour profile bursting with citrus and tropical fruit.

AM: Blackberry + Maple Pie is the next release in our double fruited sour series. We went straight to the bakery with this one and loaded it up with truckloads of Blackberries for fruit punch and tartness, then conditioned on maple syrup to bring that sweetness to round it out. Notes of sweet, sticky blackberry syrup dominate the nose with just a hint of caramelised brown sugar to get you in the pie mood. Take a swig and you’ll be met with those same vibrant, tart Blackberry juice notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a sweet and sour finish, while lingering on the backend is that cheeky maple character that lasts long after your sip. This is one of the most decadent JAM we’ve released and the perfect liquid dessert.

Together they make for a refreshing, fruit-forward sour that’s as unique as it is easy to drink.

Buckle up for a voyage through the citrus subconscious. We’ve spiked this trip with a heavy dose of Blood Orange to send your senses into a high-voltage, bittersweet orbit. It’s sharp, it’s juice, and it’s ready to paint your palate red.

Working Title Brew Co. has bought the peak refreshment with this dangerously drinkable sour!! The enduring appeal of the Tommy’s Margarita is its remarkable lack of distractions. Lime provides vibrant citrus aromatics, while agave broadens the palate with a gentle sweetness without overshadowing the fruit. A measured addition of salt sharpens both the citrus and acidity, giving surprising depth to an otherwise minimalist construction. Occasionally, restraint is the more elaborate option.

The winning beer from our 2026 Great Aussie Homebrew Comp, held earlier this year. Originally created by homebrewer Rob King, this Pastry Sour has made the leap from garage to brewery & we’re stoked to finally share it with you.

FUTURE BREWING is here and now! Flying out with a belter of a Mango Smoothie. Loaded with an insane amount of mango puree and vanilla. A dessert-like smoothie sour that balances tropical sweetness with gentle tartness and a smooth vanilla finish.

On a day when Mountain Culture Beer Co were meant to be doing the hands on component of their collaboration with their mates from Track Brewing Co they found ourselves making sure the sun was still setting in the right place as we sampled the many delights of the Katoomba kitchen on the back deck, carefully pairing them with the finest selection of Track and Mountain Culture West Coast’s that we could get our hands on.

That flight of beers and salty snacks helped them hone this recipe into what we present to you today in this can.

This punchy yet crisp West Coast IPA is heavy in New Zealand hops. A dip hop of Mosaic alongside Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provide a base of mango, papaya and blueberry that more Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a hint of Riwaka in the dry hop build on to create a resinous blend of berries, tropical fruit and diesel.

Poor Lord Malty would go incognito to have a beer. He couldn’t resist his favourite Imperial Bitter, sneaking into the pub hoping no one mentioned he should be at his Club. Bittersweet balance between toffee, nuts and biscuits, and earthy, marmalade UK hops send Malty into a spin. Let it warm a little.

Island-inspired Hazy IPA layered with notes of fresh pineapple, mango, and citrus from the hops. A healthy permanent haze and smooth mouthfeel turn our award-winning Sculpin IPA into a tropical oasis. The hop selection creates refreshing notes of pineapple and guava with no fruit added. Simply put, this brew is paradise in the palm of your hands.

It’s August, and @garageproject have rustled up a knock-out FRESH IPA for y’all.

No surprises in the malt grist, A light lager, creamy fat rolled oats and chit wheat, that only ever-so-slightly malted grain that helps deliver mouthfeel and foam to the FRESH. The hops. In the Whirlpool we’ve got Simcoe Cryo and Nelson Sauvin T90 from Garston, the world’s southernmost hop farm, in the mountains of Southland. Then in the dry-hop there’s three types of Simcoe (T90, Cryo and liquid Hyperboost), more Garston Nelson Sauvin, Yakima El Dorado and some Oregon-grown Lorien for good measure.

Warning: if you dont care about nerdy brewing process, please just skip to the next paragraph about how yum this tastes!

For the rest of you, this brew involves a new technique spearheaded by Josh and Zane, two of their brewers who tirelessly bring you FRESH each month. Verdant, our go-to yeast strain for all FRESH beers, is an awesome workhorse that reliably brings the haze and loads of juicy peach ring and pear drop hard candy esters (aromatic compounds) and a distinct Hubba Bubba bubblegum character. Nothing wrong with that per se, but at times these yeast esters can be so prominent that they threaten to overwhelm the hop character. In the spirit of trying something new, Josh and Zane were keen to trial a method of brewing under pressure. This involves letting the natural carbon dioxide produced by the ferment build up pressure in the tank, in theory reducing ester formation and producing a cleaner ferment.

Welcome back to those of you who just skipped that last paragraph. Lush light hazy yellow (Arabian Gold #F4CA3E I reckon) topped with signature dense white foam. Aroma? Clean, sweet citrus, led by Meyer lemon and tangerine, followed up with passionfruit and tinned pineapple, warming to lush Anwar Ratol mango and finishing with subtle resin. The palate it’s sweet lemon tart with shortbread crust and vanilla cream, with a touch of 7up and passionfruit puree. All this with hardly a hint of Hubba Bubba or pear drop (see previous paragraph if you’re confused). It’s a cracker.

Dry, lean, and built for bite. Made by Reckless Brewing Co. In collaboration with their mates at Rocky Ridge Brewing Co This modern West Coast IPA hosts a tight malt base and a crisp, dry finish that keeps everything in check. The hop profile leads with bright citrus, think orange peel, grapefruit and a flash of ripe tropical. Underneath the fruit sits a steady line of resin, adding depth and that classic West Coast edge we all know and love. Straightforward, punchy and built for business.

Hailing from Wallonia, this beer style was traditionally brewed in the colder months, aged through spring, and ready to quench the thirst of farm workers in the fields. Saisons have roots back to the dawn of agriculture when workers needed a safe-to-drink beverage and lots of it!
BentSpoke’s take on this classic undergoes extended aging in a foeder and barrel. It’s the perfect refreshment after a day on the slopes!

Blaze by Range Brewing is a Double Dry-Hopped IPA that’s been hit with a fruity little hop combo of Citra, Rakau and Motueka, then finished it off with an addition of Abstrax Brewgas Gelato terpene for that final 420 kick. In the glass, this beauty pours a thick yet soft yellow, with an insane haaaaaze. Take a whiff and you’ll be hit with a potent mix of mango sorbet, vanilla kush and an orange sherbet soft kick. On the palate, the body is dreamy and allows the sticky hop notes to float in. Hits of sticky ripe mango, Motueka lime, vanilla cigar and a plush candied orange note all waft through. The finishing hit is a tropical berry weed kick that adds a perfect element of dankness to this otherwise extremely soft and creamy IPA. Just blaze it.

A complex and rich stout featuring oats, roasted malt, coffee aroma and flavour with a creamy lactose touch. Our Nitro Stout is beautifully balanced, surprisingly smooth and drinkable year round. For those who like their milk with cream in it and their coffee strong.

Mountain Culture Beer Co have been doing a lot of conjuring lately. Somehow the universe connected their reality through the multitudes of wormholes to some fellow conjurers on the other side of the planet. Their friends BEAK from Lewes, UK also like to dabble in the world of the otherworldly and so when their paths finally aligned, they knew we had to put together something epic.

This mystical potion has the ability to transport you straight through the fabric of what we call reality to endless flowing meadows of citrus orchards. Oversized grapefruits, lemon and lime fall from giant trees as you float through time. Be careful with this one though, it’s been known to quickly transform itself into a second helping, even a third…

Bentspokes 12th Birthday Beer has descended! Starting a downhill descent into the unknown requires a level of composure. DESCENT 26, like its eight predecessors requires plenty of composure, it’s about taking the palate on a journey, taking the ADVENTUROUS route, and BENDING a few SPOKES along the way.

@aether_brewing have released their 2026 Peanut Butter Stout. A rich, slick, chocolatey dessert beer with a powerful peanut aroma – decadent yet surprisingly drinkable. Formerly known as Creature of the Night, it pours deep black with a tan head, releasing aromas of roasted peanuts, dark chocolate, and caramel. Built on a lighter-bodied stout base, it balances indulgence with drinkability, carrying just enough roasted malt to frame the peanut without overwhelming.

Here @whichcraftbeerac we have a special serve of this beer. A violet crumble foam mixed into the original beer with a touch of rum. Extra violet crumble thrown in for that extra decadence. Foam abv is 16%

Lil Morning Ritual is a sessionable Pastry Stout by Range Brewing that they’ve brewed as the younger sibling to their world famous Morning Ritual™. They kept everything we loved about the original but lowered the ABV to a super crushable 4.3%. So you can expect a smooth and medium bodied stout, that’s layered with lactose for a smooth mouthfeel and creamy texture. We condition this beer on a bed of freshly toasted coconut and vanilla beans for a dessert-like drinking experience. It tastes like biting into your favourite coconut filled chocolate bar, so it’s basically the perfect session stout.
