Sea Legs – Gone Troppo Sour

You want that real summer quencher well here’s @sealegsbrewingco and their vibrant Gone Troppo Passionfruit & Dragonfruit Sour!! And would you have a look at that colour a striking deep pink. The aroma bursts with bright tropical fruit, accented by zesty citrus. The palate delivers a tart, invigorating hit of passionfruit, blended with subtle dragonfruit sweetness and a light malt balance.

Wool Shed – Hazy Pale

Need an easy drinking hazy pale ale? Well the excellent people @woolshedbrewery have delivered the goods. Super crushable, this hazy has additions of flaked wheat and oats, to get that pillowy mouthfeel. The signature hazy yeast strain from FERVEO yeast suppliers provides extra juicy noces. Tropical and juicy hop flavours and aromas from hefty dry hopping, this beer delivers a pillowy mouthfeel and low bitterness.

Using Australian barley and wheat malts, fresh Riverland orange juice, and an over-night souring in the Woolshed’s brewhouse, we have created a juice laden banger to quench any thirst – a light styled wheat beer with a citrus zing!

Seeker – Tickled Pink Smoothie Sour

Drink this and you’ll be Tickled Pink!! A deliciously neon pink Smoothie Sour by @seekerbrew brewed in collaboration with their friends at Hopster CO-OP. Packed to the brim with ruby red dragonfruit, juicy strawberries, and ripe banana, it pours like a tropical sunset and drinks like a fruit bowl in a glass.

Working Title – Wild At Heart Peach Sour

Need a perfect peachy quencher well @workingtitlebrew.co
has the perfect solution. Simple yet super complex, a six month barrel fermented Flanders inspired Golden Sour was blended with young Belgian Blond, and refermented on fresh peach juice. Seeking that balance of a true Flanders, where fruit driven sweetness combines with puckering acetic driven acidity.

Delicate peach aromatics combine with a Brettanomyces bruxellensis funk and Acetobacter sourness. A gentle honey treacle mid palate softness the complex sourness, providing a balanced drinkability.

Introducing Liquid Blueberry – using every blueberry product and process available to brewers right now, They’ve laid down a brew in honour of one of their favourite fruits, something they love to work with at the brewery. Shapeshifter – Findons Finest Helles Lager

Range Brewing – Five O’clock Somewhere Gose

@rangebrewing is back with a banger for todays weather. Five O’clock Somewhere is back again with a BANG. This is a Gose style sour which we have conditioned with lime, lemon and Tasmanian sea salt. We’re not gonna lie, we love sipping on Margaritas and this beer is heavily inspired by our favourite zesty summer cocktail. It’s beautifully tart and zingy and the salty kick on the finish will have you belting out Alan Jackson songs in no time. This beer is everything we’d hoped it would be and we’re not saying it NEEDS tequila, we’re just saying it wouldn’t hurt to sip on your favourite mezcal or tequila while you knock back a pint.

@bentspokebeer brings us their Crankshaft IPA!!
An American IPA that brings a floral nose with notes of citrus and pine. Medium bodied with a nice punch of hops and a solid malt finish. A great beer for lovers of big full flavoured brews – it cranks! Crankshaft has ranked as Australia’s #1 IPA for 6 years running in the GABS Hottest 100, 2 of which it came 1st overall. The keg is utterly fresh.

Behemoth Brewing – Hazy Double IPA

We won’t let the big beers slow down!! Introducing @behemothbrewingcompany who have collabed with their buddies at @gweilobeer beer, Hazy Double IPA with Mosaic and Hort 4337, now called Nectaron. Big fruity notes with layed peach. Deliciously drinkable for an 8%. But you won’t let that stop you right? 😂

One Drop – Liquid Motueka DIPA

My dear beer lord!! What do we have here ayy another master piece beer by @onedropbrewingco A Single Hop DIPA made with their Whānau at Freestyle Hops. Championing the choice-as kiwi cone Motueka – here they’ve used Freestyle Mid-late harvest Motueka, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Motueka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief™ extract to capture all that bright citrus intensity Mot gives. Also, with the power of beer & friendship, they were able to supercharge this DIPA by utilising a rare Thiol-activated yeast strain in conjunction with an Australian exclusive shipment of Mega Motueka™ – an exciting new hop blend born out of a collab between Freestyle Hops and Phantasm NZ. Tu meke!

Shapeshifter – Tropicabana Oat Cream IPA

Whilst the suns still check out this awesome oat cream IPA by @shapeshifterbrewingco and boy does this have serious island energy!! Lush notes of pineapple, coconut and lime burst from Sabro and Talus hops, balanced by velvety oats and a hint of vanilla sweetness. Tropicabana is your escape in a can – no passport required, just good vibes.

Range Brewing – Round The Twist Hazy IPA

Round The Twist is a brand new hazy house-style IPA by @rangebrewing .featuring loads of Cashmere, Nelson Sauvin and Citra. We went heavier on the Cashmere and Nelson for this one and these two hops are absolutely singing. It pours a beautiful light yellow haze that will immediately grab your attention. On the nose, the aromas are very Cashmere heavy with heaps of fresh cut rockmelon coming through, with a supporting note of lychee. Take a sip and dive into a fresh wave of tropical hop saturation with notes rockmelon slices, white grape, sauv blanc passionfruit, orange creamsicle and a nice little passionfruit kick. The finish is ultimately soft and juicy, leaving tropical fruit hoppiness long after each sip.

Ocean Reach – Sunroom Amber Ale

Enter the Sun Room and soak up the amber rays! @oceanreachbrewing have made an incredible quencher. Subtle roasted malts bring warmth and nutty depth. While bright, modern hops cut through the sweetness for a smooth, balanced finish.

Sea Legs – Dry Irish Nitro

@sealegsbrewingco have brewed one of the closest expressions of a perfect Irish Nitro Dry Stout that have graced out tastebuds.
A classic dry stout brewed with tradition in mind. This limited release pours jet black with a creamy off-white head, showcasing bold aromas of roasted barley, cocoa, and a touch of espresso.

The palate is clean and balanced, with earthy bitterness, and a dry, toasty finish. Smooth-drinking yet full of character, it’s a nod to the timeless pub staple. Gimmie gimmie!!

Kaiju – Cthulhu Black IPA

The beer on the moon sucks. Ask Cthulhu – he knows the gravity’s too low. Partial to an oxymoron, when he’s thirsty he always reaches for a @kaijubeer Black IPA… and destroys it.

Built on a rich malt base of Pale, Munich, and Carafa Medium Crystal malts, this dark beast balances layers of roasty coffee, caramelised panela, and subtle chocolate. A cosmic charge of Mosaic, Chinook, and Simcoe hops adds a herbaceous, resinous, and citrus edge, keeping things bright and dangerously drinkable.

Innate – The Snow Leopard Imperial Stout

Well its time to bring out the big guns with this exquisite vintage Imperial Stout from 2022 😁 now were talking!!
Coming in at a very accommodating 9.8% abv and made by the finest folks at WA’s @innatebrewers this beer features heavy dark chocolate notes smooth bitterness and a light Madeira finish. Just what you need to contemplate this cold and rainy day.
