Range Brewing X Altitude Brewing – Peak Season California IPA 6.7%

Peak Season is our brand new collab with the legends from Altitude Brewing in the beautiful Queenstown, NZ. This Cali-style IPA is everything you’d expect in a beer made to make us remember all the clean, crisp IPAs we’ve had in Queenstown. We’ve really enjoyed building everything about this recipe from the ground up and think it truly shows the collaborative effort in the result. Starting with a malt base of NZ’s finest Gladfield Pilsner malt, we’ve blended in a good helping of Floor Malted Pilsen Malt from Tchecomalt in Czechia. We then added a little extra time to our boil to give a glowing yellow colour that gives us a lean but sturdy malt base with just a hint of breaded sweetness. On the hop side of things, of course we’ve blended some of our favourite Tasman hops in Motueka Amplifire in the whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Nectaron and Eclipse, plus a gentle helping of Krush.

18

One Drop Brewing – Pandan Ice Cream Smoothie Sour 6.3%

Enter One Drop in its Quantum Era — the timeline where flavour goes rogue and our One Drop 7th birthday returns with full OD mischief. This time, things get deliciously unhinged. Creamy pandan and lush coconut ice cream lead the charge, rolling in smooth and silky, before banana and vanilla swoop in to deliver that full dessert-level chaos. It pours a vibrant interdimensional green, the kind that suggests you may have stepped into a sweeter, stranger timeline — and honestly? You have.

19

Seeker Brewing – Quintuple IPA 15%

A HUGE collab with our pals across the ditch at @behemothbrewingcompany . This IIIIIPA is officially the biggest beer we’ve ever brewed: 800kg of pilsner malt, ridiculous amounts of Nelson Sauvin (Amplifire + T90), and IBU levels built to satisfy even the toughest west coast lover.

22

Range Brewing X Basqueland Brewing – La Concha Crush DIPA 8.6%

La Concha Crush is our brand new collab with our spanish amigos from Basqueland Brewing, located in the beautiful San Sebastian, Spain. San Seb sits right on the northern coast of Spain and La Concha is one of the main beaches right in the heart of town. We wanted to make an ultimately crushable, but punchy DDH DIPA with them, to celebrate some of the more wild nights we’ve had in San Sebastian in years gone by. Our malt base is built up from the base with extra pale malt before being hammered with wheat and oats to provide a big thick mouthfeel for the hops to surf across. On the hop side of things, we’ve lent heavily into the Citra, with Strata and Superdellic layered through for extra pop.

23

Wild Of The Willows – Woodsman Amber Ale 4.5%

A delicious Amber Ale with notes of stone fruit hops are paired with soft, toffee malts, balanced by a velvety mouth feel and light bitterness. Malt driven, smooth and easy drinking, for the Woodsman in all of us…..

For all the beer nerds, this beer was designed to be a cross of a light English Brown and an English mild, with a touch of Aussie hop character to balance it all out. The ‘mutt’ of lighter dark ales

24

Carbon 6 & Woolgoolga Brewing – Polarity Shift Tropical White Stout 6.1%

Beneath a haze of tropical intensity, a quiet storm brews. This “white” stout flips expectations with Manilita hops and Blue Dream terpenes, a biscuity malt base, and creamy vanilla. Full and fruity with a milkshake-like mouthfeel, roasted notes linger beneath, delivering a smooth, electrifying balance of contrast and flavour.

25

Bright Brewery X Sixpence Coffee – Maple Affogato Stout 6%

A hearty and full bodied stout brewed with locally roasted coffee beans from Sixpence. The addition of lactose and vanilla help balance out the roast malts and make it a bit sweeter than a normal stout. Medium bodied with sweet vanilla, chocolate and espresso notes. Maple is subtle on the nose and a bit more dominant late on the palate

26

Carbon 6 X Happy Valley Brewing – Dopamine Westcoast IPA 7%

This isn’t just another IPA, it’s a full-throttle sensory experience. CTZ dankness collides with a modern hop punch, all supercharged with Dynaboost technology to unlock a mind-bending aroma that hits before the first sip. The result? A beer that’s crisp, clean, unapologetically bitter, and dangerously moreish.

Think of Dopamine as a liquid hit of the good stuff, the kind of beer that reminds you why you fell in love with hops in the first place.

27

Range Brewing X Kana Koa Brewing – Diamond Head Haze 7%

Diamond Head Haze is our brand new collab with the homies from Hana Koa in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hawaii is know for it’s laid back, go with the flow culture and this Hazy IPA follows that mantra. Our malt bill features a ligh base of pale and pilsner malt, which we have then fluffed up considerably with an intense volume of basically every kind of wheat we could get our hands on. This pillowy base gives us the perfect base to layer hops on top of, and we’ve gone with Citra, Strata and Krush. On first look this beer pours a stunning light yellow colour with a vibrant haze that will draw you in instantly. The heavy wheat base gives us a divine fluffy white foam that sticks around. This beer really is a tropical island delight, with sticky aromas of passionfruit, fresh squeezed orange and strawberry smoothie and just the lightest pinch of dank are popping right out of the glass. Take a sip and you’ll find a soft and saturating mouthfeel wash over you, with waves of vibrant hop notes gushing through. Strawberry starburst, fresh cut melon, mango tango Boost juice and an orange zest drying finish all hit the palate. The lasting hop notes are fresh and vibrant and will keep you coming back for more.

28

Sealegs – Echo Valley Vanilla Porter 5%

Echo Valley Vanilla Porter pours a deep, inky brown, crowned with a lush, frothy tan head that settles slowly. The nose is greeted by a warm medley of roasted malt, creamy vanilla, and a trace of dark chocolate, drawing you in like a warm evening breeze. On the palate, it unfolds a velvety blend of rich, toasty malt and smooth vanilla sweetness, accented by subtle coffee notes and a soft, rounded finish.

29

Five Barrels – Nightcap Milk Stout 6%

What goes around comes around, and we’ll always keep coming back to this beer.

Using three, uniquely-toasted malts, alongside specialty oats and roasted barley, the result is a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with hints of chocolate and coffee and a toasty profile.

Milk Stouts contain the non-fermentable lactose sugar to add a velvety smooth body to a rich roasty beer. These are the original dessert beers, and are a perfect way to cap off a meal or just enjoy whenever you please.

The rich chocolatey flavour is apparent in the aromatics and follow through to your last sip. A velvety smooth body is sweet, but a subtle bitterness from the roasted grains and the hops help balance it out to finish well.

30

Pickled Monkey – Wee Stout 4%

Wee Stout by Pickled Monkey Brewing Co is an English-style stout produced by the Marrickville-based brewery in Sydney featuring classic flavours of a robust stout without the ABV.
